Due to hygiene, safety, and personal care regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on intimate products once they have been opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
All intimate wellness products are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Eligible for Replacement
We will gladly provide a replacement if:

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Because most items are offered on a pre-order basis, once an order has been processed, sourced, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
